Conference fee
- Conference fee is 190.00 dollars per guest and covers the cost of:
- The meeting/AV costs of the spaces we will use
- MacBean Gathering 2022 polo shirt (please specify size and men’s/women’s style on your Registration Form)
- A gift bag of surprises to enjoy during your stay and afterwards
- Staff and other conference costs
- Meal Ticket (There are three (3) meals offered in connection with the Gathering:
- Friday, September 9–Welcome Lunch, Friday, September 9—Formal Dinner, Saturday, September 10— Dinner and Social, All additional meals will be on your own.
Payment for Conference Fee (by check)
Payment of a Conference Fee of $190 per participant must be submitted with your Registration Form to attend the Gathering. Send the Registration Form and the Conference Fee via check made out to “Clan MacBean” to the office:

Lodging
The venue for the General Meeting and other activities on the Schedule of Events will be the The DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown Hotel, The Clan has arranged a special rate of $142 per night for a single or double room, triple is $152, quad rate is $162 at The DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown Hotel. Guests can make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 603-625-1000 and asking for group code MBC or via our online link:
Guests have until 3 weeks prior to the start of the event to reserve a room and receive the special group rate. There are other hotels within walking or short driving distance but Clan MacBean has no rate arrangements for that location.
Flight/Transportation Info
There are 2 Airports that you can use for your flights to Manchester, NH. Depending on your preferred airline this will determine which airport you will need to use.
Domestic Flights can book into: Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) https://www.flymanchester.com/.
International and Domestic Flights can be book into: Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) https://www.massport.com/logan-airport/
We are in the process of making arrangements for shuttle and/or limo services from both of these locations and will send you the information. Please mark on the form as to which Airport you will be flying into so that we can let you know about the services that will be available for you when you arrive.
There is also UBER/LIFT available from these locations but we are trying to get a special rate for clan members for the other services.
You can also rent a car at either location if you prefer to do this.
Reminders
Make sure you fill out your registration form and purchase your tickets. –Your hostess will be sending you by email or post a confirmation receipt for your conference fee.
