With a 30-year track record, it adheres superiorly to porous substrates without a primer, making it ideal for sealing expansion joints in commercial projects. It's suitable for certain water immersion applications and can handle 25 percent movement. For optimal performance, substrates should be cleaned before application. It's approved for exterior use only.
