If you're new to night viewing with a night vision device, the NiteMax is the perfect economical and easy-to-use digital night vision device. It's truly an easy solution for those who don't want to worry about overly technical tools. The built-in infrared illuminator allows users to see in various lighting conditions (dimly lit to total darkness). When not used for two minutes, the screen dims, and after two minutes and 30 seconds, the unit turns off helping to conserve the battery life. A large, 1.5 inch screen with 1.8x magnification provides users with improved and crystal clear viewing in dark settings. The NiteMax is very easy to use and contains a lightweight and compact design making it easy to stash in your car, hunting gear, pocket or travel case. The NiteMax comes included with a protective pouch. It is powered by 3 AA batteries (not included). When designing the NiteMax, Carson made it our goal to create a simplified way for users who didn't want a lot of "bells and whistles" when using a night vision device. The mission was to make an economical option that still performed well in both ambient lighting, and total darkness, without distractions.
