The Aker Leather 581 Double Citation Book is constructed from premium heavy duty U.S. cowhide and contains strong metal clips to securely hold one’s citation book in place. This product is handcrafted in the U.S.A. at our factory in California. The 581 includes two thin plates of Kydex to stop the carbon transfer to blank tickets underneath. It is available in black with either plain or basketweave finish and comes with chrome snaps.
